DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A WASHOUT LOCATION?
“The Customer is to provide safe access to the site, with a waste disposal container or waste disposal ground location, suitable for lawful discharge of concrete pumping related waste to include buy not be limited to residual concrete. “
We typically wash back out into the mixer, and then we will walk out our hoses and rinse them out. You will need to have a containment area set up.
We will either washout in a contractor bag or a small pool.
We leave our washouts on site, and it is the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor to dispose of.
THE JOB WAS HELD UP, ARE YOU STILL GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR STANDBY?
“RCP will not be held responsible for delays caused by improper scheduling of trucks, changes in gradation of aggregates or incorrect batching of concrete or ordering a mix design that is not compatible with the material placement system requested “
We are an hourly service, and as such will bill for the full time our operators are on site. We will make determinations on a case by case basis.
DO YOUR OPERATORS PUMP ON SCAFFOLDING OR UNDER HOUSES?
No, we do not allow our operators to go underneath any structure or on top of any scaffolding.
You will need to have someone handle the hose while our operator controls the concrete pump.
